EXCHANGES AND RETURNS – QUEEN BEE 30 DAY GUARANTEE

Its sometimes hard to choose products when shopping online, so if in the unusual event, that you have chosen the wrong colour,or the thickness or length is not quite right, we will happily exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

All Queen Bee Extensions come securely sealed and fastened. 

Like all extension companies, due to Health & Safety Laws in Australia and the personal nature of this product, if for any reason the hair has been undone, removed from packaging or tampered with in any way, we will not accept it back under any circumstance.

The hair must be intact, unused, fixings unaltered and attached to to the back packaging.

It is SIMPLE to check your colour match without removing secure packaging ties and seals. You MAY remove plastic outer sleeve temporarily, and hold the hair up to your own to check the colour match, but any detachment of the wefts or removal from back packaging will render them void for exchange or return.

Always replace plastic outer sleeve in the correct way, all returned hair must be in the original condition in which you received it.

For exchange of colour tell us the colour you would like your product exchanged for. You must provide us with a new Auspost Express Satchel, so we can send your new colour out to you, please also label the satchel with your name and address for quicker exchange service.

For returns, we will credit your original payment, minus any original postage incurred by Queen Bee, and $17.50 handling & administration fee. The refund process can take up to 5 working days, once returned product is received at the warehouse.

For exchanges or returns, new hair cannot be sent out, or any refunds processed, until the original hair is received and verified it is eligible for return or exchange. Once our Queen Bee Team are satisfied product and packaging is as new and unopened, your refund or exchange process will start.

If eligible, you will receive instructions and return/exchange form via email, to complete and include with the returned product.

We recommend using Auspost Express Post Satchel. It is the responsibility of the customer return the product securely and Queen Bee will take no responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Keep your tracking number in a safe place!

REMEDY, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT/FAULTY GOODS


All items are carefully inspected before being sent out to customers. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@queenbeehair.com.au and include the following information:

  • name and order number
  • photo of packing slip
  • photo of damage or fault of product.

AIf there are any faults with any product, QUEEN BEE will remedy by replacement or repair the faulty product once the original product is returned, and inspected for any faults.

The consumer has a responsibility to use their goods in the way they were meant to be used, no responsibility will be taken for damage of goods, due to user error, or product misuse. Please see our FAQ section, which provides usage and care instructions for our products.
